Cage The Elephant: Neon Pill Tour
The following description comes from the event organizer.
Cage the Elephant is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Bowling Green, Kentucky whose sound is influence by classic rock, '90s alternative, blues, punk rock, and funk music. They moved to London in 2008, shortly before the release of their self-titled first album featuring transatlantic hit "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked". The band currently consists of Matt Shultz (vocals), his older brother Brad Shultz (rhythm guitar), Nick Bockrath (lead guitar), Matthan Minster (guitar, keyboards), Daniel Tichenor (bass), and Jared Champion (drums).
Over the years, Cage The Elephant has become a reliable fixture on American modern rock radio, with two albums going gold - "Thank You Happy Birthday" and "Melophobia" - and a Grammy Award for their 2015 album, the Dan Auerbach-produced "Tell Me I'm Pretty". Cage the Elephant repeated this success on 2019's "Social Cues," which also won a Best Rock Album Grammy. Earlier this year, the band returned with a new single, "Neon Pill," and sets out on a national tour this summer in celebration of the new tunes along with special guests Young the Giant and Bakar.
