Annual Corvallis Tweed Ride Celebrates 10th Anniversary with “Tour de Trees”
The following description comes from the event organizer.
The Corvallis Tweed Ride is a free annual bicycling event in Corvallis, Oregon that was established in 2015. Participants are encouraged to dress in vintage attire, recreating the spirit of a bygone era on a slow-speed ride around town. This year’s theme of “Tour de Trees'' will feature a scenic tour of the notable trees of Corvallis. The route is an easy 12 miles, and participants should pack a luncheon basket to enjoy during a break. An after-party will also be held at Treebeerd's Taphouse upon completion of the ride.
