This year, Portland's sole kosher brewery Leikam Brewing is hosting a Hanukkah pop-up called L'Chaim through December 15, complete with festive decor, beers like Maccabeer IPA and Ain’t No Challahback Girl Ale, and eight different cocktails. The vegan cart Wicked Garden Alchemy will provide a menu of latkes and other holiday fare.
