Hood Canal Fjord Fest is a Memorial Day weekend family festival celebrating the bounty of the Hood Canal. It lures hungry seafood lovers from all over the Northwest to fish Hood Canal’s rich waters, and festival goers to enjoy the festival activities and local food. There are activities for all ages, individuals, and families including rides, activities, crafts, food booths and a beer and wine garden.

• The Hood Canal tides are usually low enough during this weekend for easy harvest of clams and oysters on the public beaches near the festival, (license required) and the weather is traditionally good in Brinnon on Memorial Day weekend.
