SurfxSurfwest returns to Darrell's Tavern in Shoreline, WA, with another instrumental madness showcase!

Friday night, July 19th, Seattle legends, the Boss Martians, headline a bill that also include their good friends, the Nebulas, surf/garage monsters from Rhode Island/New England area, who are coming in hot with a brand new album! Making their debut in Seattle, the Strings Aflame, from Mexico City, will be playing selected tunes from their two full length albums. Rounding out the bill will be local favorites, Banzai Surf, with their take on classic surf & instrumental tunes!

Saturday, July 20th, brings us the Me Gustas from Sacramento, CA, with songs from an upcoming new album; Surf Monster from the Bay Area with their polished surf guitar sound; the triumphant return of the Verbtones from Vancouver, WA; and from Seattle East:) (Boise, ID), the Seatopians return with their landlocked surf flavored set!
And of course, it isn't SurfxSurfwest without our amazing local bands; Pleasure Island, with their spy/surf/hotrod/Shadows instrumentals, the Viking Surfers, with their Norwegian folk songs inspired surf tunes; MuerteMen with their creepy dark take on surf music (and a new album!); the Woodhavens with their high energy trad surf originals; and the mighty Delstroyers close out the night with their reverb powered melodic spooky surf tunes, guaranteed to melt faces and rawk your world!!

Friday night, July 19th, $20 at the door and $15 in advance. Doors at 7 and music at 8 pm. 21+.

Saturday, July 20th, $30 at the door and $25 in advance. Doors at 1 and music at 2 pm. 21+.
